Services and Account Security

SocialFly provides cloud-based business management tools.

  • Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity occurring under your account is your sole responsibility.

Data Management & Permanent Deletion

SocialFly Live prioritizes user privacy and system efficiency. By using this software, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • The “No Recovery” Rule: When you delete data (clients, projects, invoices, or your entire account), it is removed permanently and immediately from our active servers.
  • Storage Optimization: We do not maintain archival backups of deleted data. SocialFly is not liable for any loss of data resulting from user-initiated deletion.
  • User Backups: It is your responsibility to export or back up your data locally using our export tools before performing any deletion.

Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Attempt to hack, decompile, or disrupt the integrity of the SocialFly infrastructure.
  • Use the software to distribute spam, malware, or offensive content.

Payments, Subscriptions, and Fees

For users in jurisdictions requiring a “Legal Basis” (such as the EU), we process your data based on:

  • Billing: Access to certain features of SocialFly Live may require a paid subscription. All fees are quoted in USD and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled by the user through the account dashboard.

Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with SocialFly Live, but we must maintain fair operational standards.

  • Free Trials: If we offer a free trial, we encourage you to use this period to ensure the software meets your needs before committing to a paid plan.
  • Refund Eligibility: Refunds are generally not provided for partial months of service or for “change of mind” after the billing cycle has started.
  • Exceptional Circumstances: We may offer a refund within the first 7 or 14 days of your initial purchase if you experience technical issues that our support team is unable to resolve.
